The BIBA years 2023/2024 were once again dominated by the digital transformation. Accompanying dominant cross-cutting topics in the BIBA field of “Production and Logistics” were and are digitalization, artificial intelligence, climate protection and resource efficiency. In R&D, teaching and transfer, we once again had to face a number of challenges and surprises.
