In our new video, we present a model factory that can support digitalization in production. The model factory maps a complete manufacturing process from goods receipt through processing to the finished product. The processes can be tracked and controlled in a web interface. Current industry standards, such as programmable logic controllers and certain protocols, were taken into account for the implementation of the model. In this way, approaches to the digitalization of production, tailored to the needs of the companies and under real technical conditions, can be demonstrated and tested.
