ProDiS stands for process innovation through digital services for the seaport of the future and is a project in which BIBA is involved. The project makes a significant contribution to increasing the innovative strength of German small and medium-sized enterprises in the seaport industry with a focus on offshore wind power logistics and container handling. The aim is to merge information and data from systems that have not yet been interconnected into a cross-company cloud. Digital scalable, modular services are to be configured on the basis of the existing volume of data. An informative service, a planning service and a service within the framework of the so-called operation are to be made available in a timely manner to improve planning and support the actual operation. The results of the project so far are illustrated in a video.
