For Logistics Research – an Open Access journal hosted and published by the German Logistics Association (BVL) – BIBA at the University of Bremen in cooperation with the TU Braunschweig organize the Special Issue "Dynamics in Logistics – Models and Algorithms for Optimisation, Planning, and Control". In the Call for Papers we cordially invite to contribute to this Special Issue, possible topics are:

• Data-driven modelling approaches/techniques (e.g. online models, digital twins, agent-based models)
• Complexity reduction in modelling (e.g. clustering, decomposition, aggregation)
• Planning and scheduling (e.g. simulation-based optimization)
• Optimal/adaptive control
• Complexity reduction in control (e.g. distributed or decentralized approaches, iterative/sequential schemes, coordination)
