The Digital Tour 2025 of the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Bremen-Oldenburg “Opportunities for SMEs: AI, tools and trends” kicked off on May 13, 2025 at the Innovation Center for Sustainability and Production (INP) in Nordenham with inspiring short presentations and a diverse range of demonstrators. As a partner of the center, BIBA contributed to the kick-off with a keynote speech by Markus Trapp on resource-efficient energy production in SMEs and a demonstration by Aleksandra Himstedt under the motto “Low-code meets low-cost: collaborative robotics for small and medium-sized enterprises”.

All keynote speeches and demonstrations were met with great interest. In addition to our AI-supported assembly workstation for human-robot collaboration and the intuitive robot for digital education, visitors toured the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Hannover's mobile factory for digitalized production. They also got to know the INP's hydrogen production plant and a sports boat with innovative drive motors. An all-round successful event with hands-on technologies and plenty of room for discussion.
