The "VR-VET-Non Destructive Testing" project, to which BIBA is contributing, was awarded a gold medal and a certificate of excellence at the 7th International INVENTCOR 2026 Exhibition, which took place from April 2 to 4.

The VR-VET project aims to improve the non-destructive testing training methodologies through innovative pedagogical approaches and the development of an immersive vitual reality training platform. It is combining digital transformation, practical learning and international cooperation, to promote innovative solutions for VET providers. The distinction reinforces the relevance of using Virtual Reality to modernise skills development, improve learning experiences and support the future of technical training in Europe.
