Many thanks to all guests who attended Innovation Day at BIBA on November 19, 2025! Together with Rolf Peters and the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Bremen-Oldenburg, we enjoyed an exciting day focusing on project planning for food production, packaging processes, and goods logistics.

The day provided an overview of current and future challenges for production, teaching, and research. Practical technology and organizational solutions were presented, such as measures to reduce personnel deployment while increasing OEE, flexible in-house label printing and on-demand concepts for SMEs, and methodological tools for analyzing and optimizing planning and production processes. In addition, the discussion showed how AI strengthens performance and personalization in marketing and provided pragmatic recommendations for working with lead agencies. During the subsequent tour of the BIBA showroom, which focused on collaborative robotics, and the presentation of exhibits by the “Innovation Day” partner network, participants were able to experience innovations firsthand and take away practical approaches.
